Terms and Conditions:
All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your online personal training session in order to avoid being charged in full.
Payment is accepted by BACS bank transfer.
All payments must be received in full prior to online personal training sessions.
Block bookings must be received in full before the commencement of the first booked online personal training session.
Further online personal training sessions will not be scheduled until payment is received in full.
Blocks of 6 online personal training sessions are valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
Blocks of 12 online personal training sessions are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
Online personal training sessions last for up to either 40 or 60 minutes.
Privacy Policy:
All data and client information is encrypted and treated with complete confidentiality.
We never share detailed records, data or client information with third parties.
We never record or share information from online personal training sessions with third parties.
Client testimonials are displayed with prior permission.
All client information is removed after one year of client inactivity.
Please contact us if you ever require your client information to be amended or removed.
Health and Safety Policy:
All our personal trainers are first aid qualified and hold diploma level nationally registered
qualifications and valid UK online personal indemnity insurance certificates.
