Sam has been a full time personal trainer for over twenty years and has more than 20,000 hours experience in training clients on a one to one basis.
He has trained everyone from complete beginners to professional athletes, including pro tennis players, racing drivers and MMA fighters.
Sam established 121 Personal Training to provide affordable and effective fitness training for clients in South West London.
He has trained clients for everything from 5km park runs to the world's toughest foot race, the Marathon Des Sables.

A graduate of the YMCA 500 hour Diploma, Magda started practising yoga in 2005 and has been teaching Hatha Yoga for more than five years.
She is passionate about holistic health, when you don’t just treat one part of the body but the whole: physical, mental and spiritual, to bring and restore balance.
Magda believes that yoga should be made easily accessible for everyone, especially those with health conditions that need an individual approach.
She helps clients with a wide range of conditions, including back pain, anxiety, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, pelvic floor health and postural problems.
