Try our healthy and delicious summer smoothie recipe!

 

This mango and cucumber smoothie recipe is perfect for any time of the day and full of antioxidants.

Cucumbers are very hydrating so great for hot summer days.

Mango contains carotenoids which reduce the negative effects of UVB radiation.

 

Our recipe serves two – all you need is a blender and following ingredients:

2 small cucumbers (or 1 big)

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 cm piece of ginger

1 cup lime juice mixed with water

Optional: a few ice cubes.

 

Blend all ingredients and enjoy our summer smoothie recipe!
