Whether you choose running or yoga, kettlebells or kickboxing, our team of hand-picked trainers will provide all the expert knowledge, guidance and motivation you need to achieve your goals.

 

We use the latest fitness equipment and training techniques to ensure that your training sessions are rewarding, fun and deliver results.

Your trainer will visit you at your home, office or private gym, and will bring all the equipment needed for a fun, challenging workout.

We plan training around your schedule and find times to suit your work and family commitments.

Training sessions last for between fifty minutes and one hour and – unlike other fitness companies – we do not charge anything extra if you wish to share your training sessions with a friend, partner or family member.

We help clients to lose weight, regain health after illness, injury or childbirth, and to get fit for events such as weddings, sporting challenges, skiing trips and beach holidays.

    Monday to Friday – 7am to 9pm
    Saturday and Sunday – 9am to 4pm
    Bank holidays – 9am to 4pm
