Sam has worked for the N.H.S as an exercise specialist, and over the years has been fortunate enough to study with and learn from expert instructors such as Steve Dixon – 5th degree blackbelt, Tony Lloyd – 8th degree blackbelt, Adam Booth – professional boxing trainer, James Kilkenny – amateur boxing trainer, Jon Trevor – broadcaster and the pioneer of gym-based personal training in the UK, Chrissie Gallagher-Mundy – fitness author and ante-natal expert, and Jamie Lloyd – master kettlebell instructor.

All this knowledge and experience makes Sam one of the few personal trainers in London who is able to take a truly holistic approach to helping clients from all walks of life reach their fitness goals.

I’ve really enjoyed our PT sessions over the past year or so and it has made a huge difference to my fitness and improved my tennis significantly. Thanks so much Sam!

Magda is an amazing nutrition coach. When I follow her advice and food plans then I lose weight – it’s as simple as that.
